Bio

Jane is the author of the book, "Just Get it Over With: A 12-week Jumpstart to Great Health." She is also a health and fitness coach and provides one-on-one and group coaching and speaking to help people motivate and inspire themselves to great health in body, mind and spirit. Jane is a certified wellness coach and a graduate of the Coach-U training program. She is also an ad-junct faculty member at UW-Green Bay and has published numerous articles and e-courses on health and fitness success. With over 20 years of experience, it is Jane's passion to help you break free from out of shape and sick of it to great health in body, mind and spirit.
