- God: I am a child of God and a daughter of a King. My strength, my joy and my life comes from my relationship with Christ. Without him, I am nothing and accomplish nothing of lasting value. With him, all things are possible.
- Relationships: I am a crown jewel for my husband Tim. I build him up and support him like the great gift from God that he is. I highly value family and friends and cultivate healthy, fun, intimate and life-giving relationships.
- Health and Fitness: I am a woman who eats right and puts forth the effort to stay in superior shape. I value growing in wisdom and knowledge. I am patient and filled with peace. I enjoy nature and seek its beauty.
- Successful Business: I love to motivate and inspire great health in body, mind and spirit. It is fun and makes such a positive difference. I want to help as many people as possible reach their goals so I can reach my goal of building and living at a beautiful mind, body and spirit retreat center on a lake in northern Wisconsin.

- Play games (Hearts, Triple Solitaire, Ping Pong, Monopoly). Laugh. Win!
- Catch big fish.
- Relax in the sun. Nap.
- Speed rush (Water Skiing, Mountain Biking, Water Rides.)
- Be with Jesus (Walk on the beach, listen to music, read the Bible).
- Belly laughs or great conversation with family and friends.
- Lay around with husband Tim.
- Be outside and enjoying nature. Peace. Beauty. Quiet.
- Dance around house to fun music.
- Hard, competitive workout. Push limits.
I believe in being refreshed and renewed and full of joy versus tired, worn-out and crabby.

Jane's Goals
- Build and live at a 50+ acre mind, body, spirit retreat center. Play!
- Write a book on living and inspiring great health. Impact lots of lives.
- Earn a Black Belt. Don't mess with me.
- Kayak with Killer Whales. Avoid being eaten.
- Buy a Red Jaguar-cash. Act cool.
- Tim and I hike and golf Whistler and Glacier Parks and scuba Hawaii.
- Jet ski past a 25 ft+ wave. Live to tell about it.
- Take nieces on a scuba trip. See, touch and ride wild dolphins. Laugh!
- Fund UW-Green Bay and St. Norbert College Campus Crusade staff. Purchase a fresh-water well for a World Vision community.
- Catch a 45in+ Muskie. Don't faint.
